I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rent a car. No back and forward emails with copies of passport and driving licence and any other documents rental company might come up with. I booked day before I picked it up at Vilnius Airport. The same with drop off: just park and take keys to reception at Park Inn by Radison, Vilnius Airport. Loved the service.

Yes. You receive the car with a full tank or charged, and you must return it in the same condition.
How do I unlock the car?
Log in to your Driveo account, open your reservation list, and click the green button 'Unlock and start reservation'.
Can other people drive the car?
Yes. You don't need to add a second driver, but they must have at least 2 years of Category B driving experience.
Can I take pets in the car?
Yes, but after the trip you must make sure the car is clean.
Is smoking allowed in the rental car?
No, smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.
Are there mileage limits?
Within Lithuania, there are no mileage limits. For trips abroad, the daily mileage limit is 600 km per day.
What should I do before starting to use the rental car?
We recommend: Check what type of fuel the car uses. Get familiar with the main functions (lights, handbrake, multimedia). Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel. Take photos of the car before pickup and return to avoid misunderstandings about its condition.
What insurance is included in the rental price?
Each car is covered by civil liability and CASCO insurance (standard deductible – €500). If you prefer, you can purchase insurance with a €0 deductible.

What should I do if the car breaks down?
Report the breakdown at +37060666642, and we will arrange roadside assistance or a replacement car.
Do I need to return the car clean?
Yes. You receive the car clean and with a full tank, and you must return it in the same condition. If you prefer, you can order an additional cleaning service.
Where can I pick up and return the car?
You can pick up and return the car at our designated locations in Vilnius, Kaunas, and other cities.
Can I return the car to a different location than where I picked it up?
Yes, you can leave the car at another location if you indicate this during the reservation.
What if I am late to pick up or return the car?
Pickup is contactless, so you can collect the car at any time. The return must be made at the agreed time, but you can extend the reservation by logging into your account.
Can the car be returned outside working hours?
Yes, the car can be returned at any time of day.
What age do I need to be to rent a car?
The renter must be at least 20 years old and have at least 2 years of Category B driving experience.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
Only a valid driver's license is required.
Can I drive a rental car with a foreign driver's license?
Yes. We accept all valid Category B licenses with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, by logging in to your Driveo account you can modify or cancel your car reservation.
Do I need to pay a deposit in advance?
Yes, the deposit is paid together with the car rental fee.
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Yes. Unlike most car rental companies, Driveo also accepts debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

No. You only pay what is stated in the reservation – with no hidden charges.
Can I rent a car for long-term rental?
Yes, Driveo specializes in long-term car rental for companies and private clients.
Can I travel abroad with the rental car?
Yes, but you must indicate during the reservation that you plan to travel abroad. In Lithuania there are no mileage limits, but abroad the daily mileage limit is 600 km.

Yes, unlike most rental companies, we provide the exact car you selected during the reservation.
